- Saving precious time from document owner to retype the whole documents and increasing time efficiency. Users can quickly transfer documents from hard copy to electronic Microsoft Office files, eliminating time wasted retyping and formatting information. This will overall improve the staff's productivity.
- Adding securities to scanned document such as adding in a password or encryption on the PDF file before scanning it straight to someone's email or a folder. It also prevents any possible editing to the final document.
